Season's Greetings from Oak Tree Coaching!
Wishing you a fantastic December break and all the best for a fulfilling 2013.
2012 - The Best Year Yet for Oak Tree Coaching
This has been a great year for Oak Tree Coaching - a big thanks to all of the wonderful clients, colleagues and friends who have supported us in our mission to change the way people work. We have been delighted by the diversity of our one-to-one coaching clients; from CEOs in creative industries to Partners in law firms to Directors in non-profits. As ever, it's been amazing to witness people's growth, as they realise that it's possible to have an exciting, fulfilling career without struggle and sacrifice.
We've also welcomed many new clients, so thanks to all those who've passed on our details - this is still the only marketing tool we use.
More Inspiration from Save the Children
We have supported Save the Children as our main charity for the past three years, and continue to be delighted by the mutual benefits of supporting them with our 5% promise (our pledge to give at least 5% of our profits). The more we learn about what they do, the more inspired we are to support them. Learn more about Save the Children here: www.savethechildren.org.uk
New Partnerships in 2013
As well as continuing to work with some of the world's best law firms and insurance companies, we are looking forward to some new collaborations in 2013:
- Working with Thomson Reuters, the world's leading analysis and information provider, to help their senior women become even more effective through clear-headedness. (See more about Clear Head Coaching on our Services web page)
- A partnership with non-profit, New Direction, to help unemployed young Londoners raise confidence and prepare for work
- Growing the way we support Save the Children beyond financial donations, coaching dynamic and inspiring leaders in this organisation
Development of Clear Head Coaching
Our main specialism is deepening. We've been fascinated for years with helping people to increase focus and reduce feelings of overwhelm. During 2012 we have been learning more about neuroscience and applying it to our very practical approach, with excellent results. In 2013, we are starting a new global project, offering our group training over the phone for the first time - a brand new approach which has the potential to bring our work to a much wider audience.
Good luck Fiona!
Fiona has just started her maternity leave, as her second baby is due at the end of December. Watch this space for news!
