Welcome to Oak Tree Coaching. We’re a London based coaching company established in 2005. We provide the following services:
One-to-one Coaching
We co-design bespoke coaching goals for each client. We have developed a suite of exercises that can support coaching in our three areas of specialism. Clients can choose to follow an entire core programme or select elements from each programme in order to meet their unique goals.
Clear Head Coaching
Become a focused leader and reduce feelings of overwhelm by engaging positively with your challenging workload. Improve strategic thinking, planning and time management. Find healthy boundaries and reduce stress.
Managing Performance
Learn how to raise standards year on year, set clear expectations, give honest motivational feedback, and get better results through others. Demystify and uncover the universal and simple truths about managing people.
Navigating Your Career
Develop a strong personal brand and career plan. Get clear about what’s important to you, what you want from work, and how you can get more of that from your current situation. Develop and maintain confidence, resilience, self belief and motivation.
COSTS: £4800 for a six month coaching programme plus £2000 for an impact assessment.*
Workshops
We expect to work with our clients to tailor the workshop learning experience.
The Clear Head Workshop
This workshop blends input from neuroscience, psychology and business to provide practical guidance to step out of overwhelm, and into the next level of performance. You will learn approaches and tools to help you to engage positively with a challenging workload, get more of the most important work done, find healthy boundaries and reduce stress. The workshop is run separately for those in people management roles. A follow-up teleconference embeds the good intentions, creating lasting change.
Team Development Workshop
Most relevant when a new team culture needs to be developed rapidly in order to achieve stretching goals. Create a stronger, better aligned and more effective team; make the most of individual strengths and differences. By the end of the session you will have created a horizontal contract and a practical action plan.
Optimising Performance Workshop
This workshop is designed to align the whole leadership team in their philosophy and approach to performance management. It has been used with great success to introduce a new performance culture in our client companies. It tackles the most common blocks head on, allowing space for managers to explore their views about optimising performance, fairness, and dignity. Participants become more confident both in assessing performance, and in holding courageous conversations.
The Manager as Coach Workshop
Magic happens when we expect people to come up with their own solutions rather than being steered. This workshop distills the latest thinking in executive coaching into accessible chunks, enabling managers to take the performance of their people to the next level. It challenges experienced, capable managers to get out of their habitual style, to learn and practise new skills and habits. Each participant leaves the workshop with a personal action plan for further improvement.
Career Conversations Workshop
Talent management means nothing unless your managers can inspire people to identify what they want and what they do best. This workshop aims to build the manager’s confidence to have meaningful conversations with staff about both immediate development and long term career aspirations. It provides a practical tool kit for identifying a person’s strengths and priority areas for growth, for making development measurable, and for creating focused, prioritised, real and active development plans that enable current and future performance.
