Who are we?

Oak Tree Coaching is a people development company with a mission to change the way people work. We’ve helped hundreds of individuals and organisations to operate with more focus, more sustainability and more enjoyment.

We are 11 coach-consultants, each with impressive track records. Our industry experience spans financial services, manufacturing, marketing, government, law, non-profits, pharmaceuticals and more. All our coaches are professionally trained with internationally recognised coaching credentials and our clients tell us that we operate with more rigour and attention to quality than our competitors.
